NLFI (Náttúrulækningafélag Íslands) stands for Nature Health Association of Iceland. The Clinic is owned by NLFI.
NLFI and the the Health Clinic was founded by Jónas Kristjánsson a medical doctor, who instilled revolutionary ideas about health care and nutrition.
